For Andy it is quite simple. It all boils down to the fact that the quality of your leadership depends on the quality of the conversations you have. So, what are you doing to make sure you are having the right conversations with the right person at the right time?
Andy’s extensive career in education has taken him from the classroom and headship to specialising in behaviour management to professional development, confidence and well-being training to coaching and mentoring guidance. What this unique experience has proven to him is the powerful link between all of these factors and the manner in which this link is embodied in the leadership of the school.
In an entertaining, practical, proven and jargon-free way, Andy takes teachers and school leaders through what they need to know – and then do – in order to bring the best out in everyone in the school community, including themselves.
