If there are any other leading authorities on classroom practice and school leadership who have worked at every level of the school system from classroom assistant to AST to head teacher and beyond and have won themselves an OBE in the process then we would like to meet them. But somehow we think Jackie Beere is unique.
Author of the incredibly popular Perfect Ofsted Lesson and editor of the best-selling Perfect Series, Jackie is one of the most in-demand speakers, trainers and consultants around today. She is proof that emotionally-intelligent, child-centred leadership can be rigorous and effective whatever the make up of the school. Drawing on her rich experience in schools across the UK and abroad she is able to help teachers and school leaders not only jump through the hoops expected of them but also do so in a way that never loses sight of the children in the room.

Being a governor is an incredibly important task these days so we are delighted when we are asked to support them in their work in all sorts of schools around the country. Apart from ensuring the event is an entertaining and enjoyable one for all, especialy as it is so often on a rainy Saturday, we make sure our input is informative, relevant, up to date and guarantees all governors go back into their schools knowing what to look for, what to do and the rights sorts of questions to ask.
