The Associates we use are in demand around the country not only by the world of education but also by big business. We pay them 70% of what we charge you plus their expenses and in doing so ensure that they can continue to afford to work within education.

That way we can offer you new and exciting individuals who work regularly with young people in schools and with professionals outside of education and who will bring insights and ideas that you will not find elsewhere.

We also know that it is human nature to value more the things for which you have paid more.

Bear in mind too that this is the price no matter how many delegates we work with. That way it is quite common, for example, for a number of primary schools to come together to make the day cost effective for everyone.

And, what’s more, you will get what you pay for. Because if you don’t end up with what you think you were paying us to end up with, then you don’t pay!

Expenses are charged to our clients with car travel charged at 45p per mile and hotel accommodation, where it is necessary, kept to a minimum. It's scampi and chips at the Beefeater and an early night at the Holiday Inn for us, not the Ritz!

We also charge VAT at the standard rate although most organisations can claim that back so it doesn't count.
