While some schools want a simple off-the-shelf package that they can trust us to deliver with the minimum of fuss and preparation on their part others have more specific needs that they want us to address. Either way, you only have to ask.

If you have a particular Associate in mind then let us know. If he or she is available we will pencil it in the diary and then put you in contact directly with them. If they can't make it we will still pencil the date in for you but put you in contact with another Associate who we feel may be useful to you.

We know there is a 'better the devil you know' way of looking at things when you don't get who you really wanted but we will do our best to reassure you that you will not be disappointed. For example, we can provide references from satisfied clients who have been in your situation as well as putting you in direct contact with the Associate so you can give them the third degree yourself.

(And talking of video, if you want to capture the Associate in action during your booking then usually that's fine. All we ask is that you check with us first so we can clear it with the Associate and that the recording is only then used within the purchasing organisation.) 

And one final word of caution - we can be booked out up to a year in advance so book early. That said, it is always worth checking us out for the odd gap in our diary.
