Please note: All Independent Thinking Associates are CRB checked as you would expect, however, during their work with young people, they are not legally 'in loco parentis'. It is a condition of our work with our clients that a qualified teacher is present at all times. Associates have been instructed to suspend their work if they find themselves alone with young people until a teacher is present. This is a sign of the times and we are sure you will be supportive of this policy.
