Our INSET Events - Full and Half-Day - are designed both to offer practical ideas and strategies for getting more out of young people as well as helping to inspire, motivate and entertain a hall full of grown-up professionals at the same time.

In a world of men in grey suits with endless PowerPoints and the odd role play, we like to think we offer teachers something a little more inspiring, challenging (we’re known to utter the odd expletive!) and, at the end of the day, effective.

The sessions are interactive and demanding with opportunities for teachers to reflect on the good work they are already doing as well as the chance to identify new strategies to put to use immediately in the classroom. We work across all areas of the education sector and are delighted to work across phases too, where secondary, primary and special schools all come together for the Event.
