The Future of the World Needs You to Be Great

Teachers are renowned for hiding their light under a bushel. Great ideas don't get shared, innovations go unnoticed and improvements in learning pass children by.

If you are a good teacher then you have a duty to share your greatness with others. Because by being great, you encourage greatness in others.
One small idea can change everything for a struggling child. One positive word can make the difference between a life of fulfilled - or unfulfilled - potential. A teacher can affect the future with a glance.

Today’s children will face the biggest challenges ever faced by human beings from oil and water shortages to global warming and Celebrity Love Island.

And, as Einstein said, 'We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them'.

Teaching can no longer be about filling their heads with your knowledge. If that were the case, why should I have a teacher when I have Google? Teaching is about great people who love life and love children bringing the greatness out in those in children.

This is what you do.

And the future of the worked can’t thank you enough.
